As the Founder of Therapeutic Counseling & Consulting, a successful therapy group practice in Richmond, VA, she personally handled the billing and credentialing process for her practice.
Through this experience—along with additional insight gained from briefly outsourcing these services—she developed a deep understanding of how to navigate insurance, prevent claim denials, and ensure faster credentialing approvals.
